Overview
The XMLParseSetOptions allows various options to be set to alter the behavior of the XML Parse Object.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = XMLParseSetOptions ( handle hXPO, dword options );
Parameters
hXPO
A handle specifying an XML Parse Object.
options
A dword value specifying parse options, See Remarks below.
Return Value
Returns an int value as ERROR_NONE or a formatted error code on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The options are as follows:
XP_PASS_THROUGH_COMMENTS 0x00000001 Treat XML Comments as Parsed Items
The default action is to skip passed XML comments. Use the XMLParseSkippedComments function to test for comments in the XML stream.
