Overview
The XDXMapArea function maps an area within the target object for XDX engrams and returns an XDX Object.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
handle = XDXMapArea ( handle hTarget, int s_x, int s_y, int e_x, int e_y );
Parameters
hTarget
A handle to an SGML, Mapped Text or Edit Object. Or,
s_x s_y e_x e_y
A series of four int values specifying an area to map.
Return Value
A handle to the XDX Object or NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code and GetLastErrorMessage for additional detail.
Remarks
XDXMapArea is the gateway to most XDX functions by providing access to specified area XDX data embedded within an HTML file.
