Version 5.15c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 22.2.2 and contains support for the 2022 Q3 supplement to the US GAAP taxonomy as well as new features to paste HTML that contains XDX engrams and new options for the Send to EDGARLink Online function. Additional corrections and improvements were made to XDX processing.

New Release (5.15c) for the GoFiler Family of Products
Please use the Check for Updates function to update your software to the latest version.
GoFiler Complete 5.15c
General EDGAR Updates
– EDGAR 22.2.2.
– Made improvement to the Send to EDGARLink Online function.
– Form 497VPSub has been updated to allow Co-Registrants to be added to the form.
Form 13F Updates
– Added additional logging to the Filter CUSIP Script.
XBRL View
– Added the 2022 Q3 supplement to the US GAAP taxonomy.
XDX
– Engrams are now processed during paste operations to retain element information when possible, including the data for extensions. Extensions used in copy and paste will automatically be created in the destination document when possible. See the full release notes for more information.
– All unique identifiers on XDX engrams will be regenerated to reduce the chance of duplicate IDs when copying and pasting data within the same XDX document.
– When validating to test for equivalent facts with different values, the application will now properly use the “Interpret dash as 0” option as part of the comparison.
– The logic for detecting implied beginning and ending balance labels on equity tables has been expanded to include labels that are only dates and to allow footnotes that are in parenthesis after the numbers.
– Corrected an issue where some data type lists were not updated for the IFRS 2022 taxonomy.
– Corrected an issue that could sometimes cause a crash if a large sentence was tagged using the advanced display option to treat as a duration.
