The SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets will convene a meeting via webcast on
sec.gov on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The meeting is free and open for the public to attend. The meeting will focus on treasury clearing standards and risk management.

Specifically, the Division will discuss and consider proposing the following:
- amendments to the standards applicable to covered agencies of the US Treasury securities regarding their membership requirements and risk management
- amendments to the broker-dealer customer protection rule regarding margin held at covered clearing agencies of US Treasury securities
