The SEC’s Office of Municipal Securities (OMS) has announced that it will host its 2023 Municipal Securities Disclosure Conference, which will be attended by Chair Gary Gensler, OMS staff, SEC Commissioners, and market participants. The conference will take place on May 10, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. The event is free for the public to attend but
registration is required by May 5, 2023.

The OMS coordinates the SEC’s activities connected to the $4 trillion municipal securities market and administers the SEC’s rules concerning municipal securities brokers and dealers, investors in municipal securities, municipal advisors, and municipal issuers.
