Version 5.19c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains a number of corrections and improvements to XDX and XBRL View. Additionally, this release contains a new import function to add data to the XML N-PX table of voting records.

– The Library now has an option to filter by Taxonomy Namespace.
– The libraries for ECD and CEF now contain US-GAAP presentations.
– Corrected an issue that would cause the Stock Period and Year To Date presets not to properly change the dates on context dialogs.
– Corrected an issue that would cause the context ID generation to fail for instant dates when editing an instant context.
– Updated the OEF taxonomy to the latest version of the 2023 file set.
– Correct a number of issues with exporting XBRL.
XDX
– Added validation for the DQC US 0004 and DQC US 0005 rules.
– Added a new option to allow CEF, OEF, ECD and VIP taxonomies to use SEC disclosure levels commonly used in GAAP and IFRS filings. This option will better facilitate the use of these taxonomies when creating a 10-Q or 10-K filing that also needs CEF, OEF, ECD or VIP tagging.
– The DEI Facts tab of the Taxonomy Properties dialog will now warn users if changes are not added or applied when the OK button is pressed.
– The Library now has an option to filter by Taxonomy Namespace.
– Corrected an issue that would cause the Stock Period and Year To Date presets not to properly change the dates on the Edit Context dialog.
– Corrected an issue that would prevent processing of a footnote reference on a column when the footnote reference engram was not in the same cell as the column mark.
– Added additional processing when using the “Use GAAP disclosure levels (Level 1, Level 2, etc.)” option for properly creating details narrative presentations.
