–  Updated to EDGAR 24.0.2.

N-PX Updates

–  Adjusted the address format to match the EDGAR Link Online common schema.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause the application to select the first value in a combo box if a value was not present in the XML.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause an internal error if certain values were used for column 11 on the proxy voting record table.

–  Added additional validation for the ISIN field.  

Form 144 Updates

–  The Test File as Agent function no longer removes the contact email since it is required for this form.

XBRL View

–  Added support for the Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) 2024 taxonomy.

–  Improved the ordering of member elements when writing to pre-existing presentations.

–  Added logic to allow the application to use user supplied standard elements in SEC "Only" definition roles.

–  Added support for the Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) 2024 taxonomy.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause INF precision to get changed to 0 if the fact was monetary.

–  Improved the ordering of member elements when writing to pre-existing presentations.

–  Added logic to allow the application to use user supplied standard elements in SEC "Only" definition roles.

EDGAR iXBRL Fee Exhibit Editor

–  A new Fee Exhibit editor has been released in beta mode.

–  The Fee Exhibit editor will open an iXBRL fee exhibit document in a template mode to allow for easy editing. Users will not see the iXBRL tagging when the fee document is edited in this manner but GoFiler will automatically add all iXBRL information as changes are made to the data in the template.

–  Additional functionality will be added in subsequent releases. The Editor is being provided on a beta preview basis only and is not recommended for use in creating exhibits for live filings until after its final release.
