On October 1, 2025, fee rates applicable to most securities transactions will be set at $138.10 per million dollars pursuant to the Order Making Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Adjustments to Registration Fee Rates. This represents a decrease from $153.10 per million dollars during the previous fiscal year. The new fee rate will be applied to the registration of securities under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, the repurchase of securities under Section 13(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and proxy solicitations and specified tender offers under Section 14(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
To download the new filing fee rate table in GoFiler, go to File ®Preferences ®EDGAR tab® Download button (located next to the fee rate table). The download will require users to enter their Login.gov credentials in GoFiler and provide their username, password, and TOTP Secret.
If you follow the steps above and receive an error message indicating that your “recaptcha” is not working properly, you may manually update the fee rate table by following these steps:
- Download the zip file
- Extract the contents (a single .HTML file)
- Place the file where the fee rate table will be located on your computer (generally in the library folder used for GoFiler)
- Go to File®Preferences
- Go to the EDGAR tab
- Locate the “Fee Rate Table” field and either type or copy and paste in the path to the .htm file extracted from the zip archive.
