As previously shared, Novaworks’ phone system has been impacted by a technical issue with our service provider. On Friday March 6th, beginning at 9:00 a.m., we will be updating our main bank of phone lines. As such, (585) 424-1700 (and related lines) intermittently may be out of service. We have updated our backup telephone service to provide for additional digital lines. That new number is (585) 213-6003. After this service is complete, both phone numbers will be available for redundant service.
