General EDGAR Updates

–  Updated to EDGAR 21.1.

–  Added logic to the background-image CSS properties logic to determine if a referenced item within a project is a URI/URL and whether the item is embedded data.

–  As part of the session ID to cookie change, the SEC created a beta site/sandbox for testing. To facilitate testing using GoFiler, a host name override has been added to the software. See the full release notes for more details.

Form ATS-N Updates

–  Corrected an issue with very large explanation fields resulting in a program exception.

Page View and HTML

–  A new “HTML Code” page has been added to the application Preferences with options pertaining to HTML and CSS code.

–  Added an option to force the use of CSS 2 for page breaks.

–  Added an option to set the preferred code width and indent spacing.

–  Improved field validation and added more error checking for fields and comments.

–  The position of the field menu items on right-click menus has been adjusted such that the Switch to Code View function is always the last menu item.

–  Added field items to the object popup menu. For example, if an image is selected and then the context menu selected, field functions will now appear if the object is within a field.

–  Corrected processing logic of badly formatted fields and HTML comments.

–  Corrected a problem with recovery when bad field data is present in the file. This was resulting in internal errors and unpredictable behavior.

–  Corrected an issue when encountering bad coding (nesting issues) which would result in a soft error being reported and passed back without an error report. Those errors are now checked a flag and will appear in the component report dialog.

–  Added a number of EFM DEI Tests.

–  Added logic to test registrant name against the SEC database. Please see the full release notes for the rules that will be used to test registrant names.
