General EDGAR Updates

–  Updated to EDGAR 21.1.3.

–  Corrected the Login to EDGAR website functions on the help menu.  

Form ATS-N Updates

–   Corrected problem with notification of duplicate live filings.

N-PORT Updates

–   Corrected problem with notification of duplicate live filings.

–  The application will now write N/A for section C.7 if the investment type is set to N-1.

N-CEN Updates

–   Corrected problem with notification of duplicate live filings.

Form C

–  When proofing a Form C-U, the progress update description field will now be shown.

–  When proofing a Form C/A, the checkbox “Check Box if Amendment is material and investors will have five business days to reconfirm” will now be shown.  

Page View and HTML

–  Corrected an issue introduced in the last release where changes in Page View tab were not being saved.

–  Corrected an issue with bad measurement values causing a crash.

–  Made a number of improvements and corrections to validation for comments/fields, the ID attribute, and various CSS properties.

XBRL View

–  Corrected an issue that caused the 2021 datatypes to not change to their 2020 counterparts when using the Change Taxonomy tool to change a document from the 2021 to 2020 US GAAP taxonomies.

–  Corrected an issue where the 2021 textblock type was not properly displayed as HTML on the XBRL proof.

XDX

–  Made changes to the Root Elements properties to allow relative paths.

–  Added additional warnings and protections when using overrides and split documents.

–  Setting an override precision of “Infinite” will now properly set the precision for monetary facts.

–  Engrams that allow for prevision can now have their precision set separately from the “counted as” property.

–  The Dimensions tab has been added to the Mark Row with Element and Mark Column with Element dialogs to allow a user to set dimension information as part of the engram.

–  When a text fact is only a dash, en-dash, or em-dash, the application will now create a nil fact for this value instead of tagging the dash.

–  When changing the selected taxonomy in the taxonomy properties, the datatypes of the extension elements will be automatically changed to work in the new taxonomy.

iXBRL

–  Corrected an issue with continuations interfering with fact collection for validation, iXBRL explore functions and removing iXBRL.

–  Numerous low level XBRL and iXBRL validation items have been added.

–  Improved DEI Registrant name comparison logic.
