On Sept. 8, 2021, the FERC published revisions to its
eForms Refresh portal, a resource that provides important updates for those who provide FERC reporting applications.
The following modifications have been made to the portal are effective October 1, 2021:
- filers can begin to meet the first FERC XBRL deadline of December 31 for Q3-2021 submissions
- issuers will no longer be able to submit a Visual FoxPro filing as only the XBRL submission platform will be available
- filing submissions will be available to the public through a FERC-supplied RSS feed: https://ecollection.ferc.gov/api/rssfeed
