New FERC Final Rule “Filing Process and Data Collection for the Electric Quarterly Report”

The FERC issued a new final rule on March 19, 2026 to update the filing process and data collection for the Electric Quarterly Report (EQR). Changes are designed to update data collection, improve data quality, increase market transparency, decrease costs, and streamline compliance for future changes.

Version 6.4b of GoFiler has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 26.0.1. Corrections and improvements have been made to Page View and XDX/XBRL, including support for the 2026 SEC, US GAAP, and SRT taxonomies. New Release (5.24c) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.24c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX, Form D, and Form ATS-N. New Release (5.23a) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.23a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 24.2.
