Overview
The XMLParseGetPrefix function returns the qname prefix for an element, if one exists, within the parse buffer.

string = XMLParseGetPrefix ( handle hXPO );
Parameters
hXPO
A handle specifying an XML Parse Object.
Return Value
Returns a string containing the prefix for the last parsed item or an empty string on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information. The GetLastErrorMessage can contain information on ERROR_CONTEXT.
Remarks
XMLParseGetPrefix returns the prefix (qname element less concept) for the last item parsed, if any. The XMLParseGetConcept will return the concept or local name.
If the raw parameter is set to TRUE on the XMLParseGetItem function, this function will return an error.
